Honors and Awards

Each year, LES bestows honors and awards to its most deserving members.   The LES State Honors and Awards Committee selects winners of each award from a list of members nominated by each chapter. Below are the award forms and guidelines for nominating the 2019 LES award winners.

All nominations must be submitted to the BR Chapter email address les-br@les-state.org October 16th for selection of the award winners at the local level. These winners will then be contacted and asked to submit the nominations form to the LES State Honors and Awards Committee.

All nomination forms must be returned to the State Office electronically and/or postmarked no later than November 10, 2021.

Nominations postmarked after this date will not be accepted.

Forms can be downloaded by clicking on the award below. Support materials for the award, including the nomination form, shall not exceed ten (10) pages (counting front and back as separate pages).
